I am happy about my .5 weight loss. My goal this next week is to maintain since I am headed out of town for work. Hopefully all this eating out doesn't do much damage.
75.7 kg Lost so far: 23.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
