I'M FEELING WELL AND RESTED! The cold I had coming on may have taken a hike! Using airborn and mind over matter, I told myself that I do not want a cold and I think my body listened! Sleeping in the mountain air the temperature during the night was quite cold which caused every one in my family to have chapped lips and facial skin which is just about healed now.

My friend from work told me that the best way to take vitamins is in the morning on an empty stomach so the nutrients can absorb more easily through the bloodstream. I was skeptical at first, but it is really working for me just as long as I take it with a small swig of water at least 15 minutes before my first glass of tea or coffee. Otherwise, I get that sea-sick whishy washy feeling that always kept me from taking these things on a regular basis. I just need to buy some calcium and "D" and my recommended daily supplements will be helping me keep this body and mind as the strong energy vehicle I desire so to live my best life.

On this Thursday I am excited that I finally found a way to take my vitamins, that my weight and appetite is in control again, and that I may have avoided getting a change of season cold. Slowly but surely I am finding that energy level that makes me feel happy and in which I thrive on. TOWANDA!!!!

I'm glad your cold listened to you and went far away. If that works for you with the vitamins that is great but when I was taking them and I know I should be taking them now. lol I got very sick to my stomach if I took them on an empty stomach. Have a good day! Yea for great energy!!!

Glad you overpowered that cold! My poor hubby ended up with a cold after our trip out West. He had to hop on another plane after we got back and all that dry, recirculated plane air just makes it worse. Seems like everyone is coming down with the sniffles all of a sudden.
