I have been hanging in there. I didn't have any money to buy a brownie so that is good. I had a Subway tuna with cheese and lite mayo. I couldn't resist the 3 chocolate chip cookies. I could go on and on but the bottom line is I haven't gained, actually the past week or so. I seem to subccumb to any stress. I am countering it with lots of exercise because my knee feels pretty good lately. Good Luck people! luv, ,mary
72.3 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Exercise is a good remedy for stress. Kudos to you for exercising instead of eating! :)
