I lost 4.4 pounds. It was very mentally challenging. Being involved in a 'challenge' and having a friend keep me accountable really helped with my late night snacking. I just have to remember when I have a meal that I 'blow it', the next meal I need to make good choices. 4 healthy meals - 1 not so healthy one = 80/20.
and I started running 2-3 miles a day (3 on - 1 off) and doing burpies/crunches/pushups
79.4 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
