Hoping it’s water retention in my muscles from starting to work out!
63.0 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Shaun T is kicking my butt! 😜 not worried about the scale right now, I know I’ll start building muscle and I’ll go off of my measurements at the end of the month to determine my progress 😊 thank you friends!!
