4 Weeks to half marathon - 5K yesterday, 5 miles today - Friday night was party - too much calories - last night out for a while - need to get serious now.
73.0 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
