Oh well, I sort of did expect it. My food was pretty much spot on, but after wednesdays heavy workout & yesterdays session with James, I am aching. I am starting olympic weightlifting. LOL....obviously not with huge weights yet, I really need to get the technique right, but 35kg is still a lot, don't remember how many sets of 6 I did, but I was rather cattletrucked afterwards. Back home I made a thick chunky veg soup. We had a little as a starter & the main was panfried pollock with mangetouts. Yummy :). We also shared an excellent bottle of white wine.
I really want to go for my usual 10 km run today, but the odds are a little against me. Its so foggy out there & my butt aches. Hmm, I have an eye appointment at 1pm, so I shall take it from there.

Tomorrow we will take all the dogs to the West Country Shooting show. That should be fun. Sunday we are ment to go up north to help LBs mum to clear her garage out but its supposed to snow.
