I want it to not be true, but it is. My fantasy of constant, mindless eating being good for me just isn’t panning out!🤪😱😂🤣

Danana for now it might be your reality but soon you won’t need to log. For now just learn to properly fuel your body

Thanks, Rosio. I know how to properly fuel my body. It is getting control of the mind game where I struggle. Given my multitude of obesity related health problems, I really have no choice but to make it work. Thanks for always supporting me!
