update on bio, I don't take those diet pills any more. I haven't since 2014. I didn't realize that was on there. I was going to Medi weight loss as t the time. this time I'm doing it all by myself. just healthy eating and counting calories. 1200 a day but yesterday I went over. I rode my elliptical for almost 2 minutes. I keep yelling at it. I gona master you damnit.
