Starting this journey today. Weighing in this morning at 197. I've done well the past two days even though we were at the Mexican resturant with the family last night. I had a shrimp salad. It was loaded with sour cream. I removed most of it. Only ate a few chips. All in all it was a good day. Andy is on board!
