Stuck at 190 - 191 for two weeks now. I stopped losing weight. Getting discouraged. Try increasing to 1500 cal/day instead of 1300. If I gain, I will try 1100 cal/day. Determined to get to at least 180 if I have to go down to 500cal/day. I think my metabolism is slowed down because of my age. The Prednisone I was on for over a year may have something to do with it. I think I probably have "metabolic syndrome".
