It happens. You plateau for a while and if you stay on course, your weight will again start to drop. It may be a few weeks though. Don't give up.

How do you like this web site? I remember when I had to look up everything in a book. Now just type it in and almost everything is there. calories, carbs, fat etc. I have been making a lot of mistakes without knowing it, until I started keeping a fairly accurate diary. Now I plan my eating ahead of time so that if I make a mistake, I can fix it BEFORE I eat it.

I like it, but I'd like you to look at Lose It. It does the same things, but also lets you track things like BP, Glucose, BM, Sleep, etc. Plus you can link it to exercise trackers like Fitbit. Try it.

Wow you are fast!! I will look at it, however my nutritionist wants me to use this site so she can check up on me.

Yes, be patient; it's obviously not linear. Sometimes for me, I like to settle into routines, and find that even if it's a good routine, sometimes I have to shake it up to get my body reacting again. Also I use this site to plan ahead too! Mostly so I can get a heads up if I'm going to fall behind on protein and switch something up or add something before I eat. Good luck.

well, I was stuck for a week, then overnight I lost 2 pounds. Must have something to do with water. Weather changes a lot at this time of the year in Florida. Was 60 degrees last week, today its 85 degrees. Anyway I lost 10 pounds in 30 days - no complaints.

Bondo, I do 1300 calories a day. Perhaps you need to shake it up with a few more calories and a little more exercise. Or stay the course. Everyone is so different! Good luck!

I get as much exercise as my body will tolerate. I ride the bike trail here in south west Florida for about 60 minutes each day (10 to 15 miles). It's a beautiful paved trail just for bikes (no cars) 12 miles long through Florida wilderness. I love it, and I am so happy I can still ride a bike at 79, but sometimes I over do it, ride too far and my body complains. Then I limp around for a couple of days. My goal is to get back up to 24 miles each day, like before I got sick, so I will just add an extra mile on here and there until I get my strength back. Hopefully after losing a few more pounds I will be able to add the mileage on faster. Tanks for the support
