Happy Labor Day Weekend:) Gone Camping - Will be back Monday

Include at least five servings of fruits and vegetables and keep within the R.D.I. that helps you lose or maintain your weight.

Have at least 2 servings of a milk product

Drink at least six glasses of water

Get a serving or two of a protein-rich food

Take a multiple vitamin-mineral supplement

Limit added sugars and alcohol

Have some healty oil, like olive, canola, sunflower, safflower or flaxseed.

Choose whole-grain foods whenever possible

Remember your body is your gym so keep it dancing, moving whenever possible. With good treatment such as food and exercise that generates energy, we can keep up the momentum through the approaching holiday season. The candy holday's is what I call them.

Keeping a food, exercise and a personal journal helps keep your mind on target because it helps one pay attention to what his or her goal is and prevents one from slipping back into old habits and thought patterns.

Finding an eating approach that works is key to weight-loss success. Keep a food plan to reach the objective of a healthy weight loss and maintenance of your weight by empowering yourself to make food and exercise choices in the way that best suits your preferences and lifestyle. Hi Lisa, I guess you are coming back today. I truly hope you had a wonderful weekend!! No Bears??? I loved this post. All the necessities of a proper diet. The candy holidays, or the sweet holidays or whatever, they are indeed dangerous. At my job we receive stuff constantly from vendors and other businesses. Sooooo dangerous. I am truly hoping I can be at 125 by the beginning of Thanksgiving. Also, November 17th I will be cancer free for 1 year!!!!!!!!!!!! The new picture is very nice. Is it something in your house that has a meaning? or just a beautiful decorative item. We had a glorious weekend, was off 4 days, and of course IT FLEW BY. But vacation starts the 10th and I will be off til the 20th. Have many projects to accomplish. We actually have a list!! Sorry for being absent so much, just so much to do and cannot seem to get to everyone so often. I try to enter in my journal daily, just hard to read and respond to my buddies. I sure hope you enjoyed this weekend and rest tonight so your week is great!!
