Getting Back on the Horse.

It is important how and why I fell off my horse. Keeping a food and thought journal on hand would have been a wise idea but I tried to wing it.

I did get some exercise in but feel I could have planned this trip better and will remember to do so on my next camping outing. I am learning from my experience and will get creative on how I'm going to get back on and continue my weight loss journey with pride and joy.

Yes, I aim for perfection, but I now have to deal with reality of going way over my R.D.I. I know there is always room for improvement. Big Roasted Marshmallow's, Kettle Corn, Ribs, and Beer were very tempting for me this weekend. I dove into them with gay abandon. I will not get depressed or down on myself because the choice was made. Besides the feeling of "Oh, oh Lisa, you should have planned this one better" I truly enjoyed my camping fun filled weekend with my family and friends.

Tuesday morning I will weigh in after my exercise to see where the scale says I am. I will accept and be accountable for the choices I made and continue on this journey of self discovery.

I also understand the Candy Holiday's are coming. I will focus on using the tools of success that helped me lose 38 pounds this year. I will proceed through future days by continued focus of well being in each moment. I will keep galloping on-ward and make it happily and healthfully to the year-end and beyond. TOWANDA!!

"PRACTICE PEACE" kept repeating in my mind. Actually, driving those twisty turney roads was a lot of fun! Barbara Streisand played on my C.D. player to keep me company along with my two little doggies Amy and Lou Lou. I was not afraid, I conquered anxiety and fear once again and that was amazing and empowering for me. I enjoyed Information's story about Buddah and am so thankful that we can indeed heal ourselves by listening to the guidance of our inner butterfly.TOWANDA!!!
