Not too bad for walking 10+ miles a day and eating around 4000 calories to make sure I didn't waste away 😊.

I'm back and so ready for the gym!

So many 10-hour nights' sleep, so I'm like super recharged and ready to start gaining some muscle mass again 💪
77.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
