Yay! I made it through one day without overeating!!! I am so glad that I did it. There are days when it is all I can do not to indulge in some kind of comfort food. I got a few extra steps in yesterday as well. I am going to do my best today to repeat my good efforts. I am so thankful for another chance to change my life for the better. I wish all of you a great and healthy day today. Enjoy!

Hooray! Your new commitment to heal is really paying off! Gradual changes can make such a huge difference. I know how hard it is when you're not feeling so good, but that's when the pay-off is the biggest. When I weighed 255 I hurt all the time, was often depressed, and I enjoyed baking & going out to eat with another friend in the same shape. I started leaving the mayo off my Whoppers, then started taking walks around the block. Before long I was down to a Whopper junior with no fries or drink, a long uphill walk every day, and started smiling and laughing more. I made new friends, one of whom bought me a gym membership and took me fun places. Each step you take will make this journey easier and more enjoyable. Fresh vegetables and fruits become friends, ha ha! You're doing this!
