Still not real, but it’s nice to see that the scale will go lower than the plateau where I’ve been.
100.7 kg Lost so far: 14.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It might stick around! I got down to 117 when sick and gained back to 121. I’d been 123-125 before. Never know if some will stay away as a true loss but I’m betting a couple pounds of yours will stay gone. Happy thanksgiving! 🦃
