I was stuck for over 2 months and was following my Diet to the TEA, did not loose a once, I then Tweeked it and starting loosing...Everyone is different

Well I cut my calories down by 100 a day for a couple of days and this morning saw some results. Yea me Thank you all for your support. I couldn't do this alone
