My weight second day in a row. All good. a bit out of routine with daughter here and some project but feeling good about this spot

Important phrase you used there "feeling good in that spot". That's so true from a mental health aspect to allow yourself to " feel good" and no guilt feelings. It's great we all want to be feeling good physically but we can never under estimate that "good feeling/spot" we also need to achieve. Good on you!
