After bathroom and coffee 🤦♀️, but before half a bottle of water with morning meds 😁. I’ve been eating a high amount of kcal lately as my sweet tooth is in overdrive AND I get full quickly but hungry soon after. Mostly water I’m sure. Plus I’m still in my range where I want to be. Time to meal plan for the week I think.
