Up to 115 from the dip down to 114.4. Average was 115.2 for the week with a high of 116 and a low of 114.4. Cold morning with snow on the ground today. Yesterday I did my outside run in the snow. I am a winter runner. It was just the first of many I am guessing. Daughter is here for the week. On the plus side I love having her around on the minus side Her room was my workout room.

ha ha Pixie... Yeah it really is winter out there. (16 degrees and feels like 3 it says) I may drop by the rec centre and see how the track is like today. .... HBC I am in Canada. This is early snow even for us but some arctic air really coming south probably hitting the states as well ... where Jen is I think for sure

Snow!! 😍😍 I miss seeing snow. I know I’d hate to live in it year round though. Don’t how you guys deal with those freezing temps and endless shoveling
