Well there ya go 🥛😊BTW quinoa disgusts me....🤢🤢 I tried it the first time ever on Monday, had half a spoonful and decided to give it a fair try again for lunch on Tuesday... yea, not for me. It was hard to swallow. But for those who like it enjoy and I salute😂

What does "to failure" mean?

LOL...Bells that is so funny you asked that question. I always wondered that. Then this morning, I think I found out. I do my routine 3 times. One particular movement I was able to do for first 2 times - the third time I completely fell flat on my face (not in an injurious manner tho). Then I was like "oh, this is what to failure must mean"

Thought about you last night when working out Chris. I did a set of neutral grip pull-ups to failure ;). Yeah so what if I failed on the 3rd haha. Still a set to failure hehe.

Ahh - thank you (Chris & Court) for the explanation.

Lol. I don’t know why I could do that many yesterday. It was at the end of the workout too! Doubt I could do it again soon but glad I could do it then. Every workout I do 1 at the end and sometimes one at the beginning and 1 in the middle.

Yes. I did use the assisted the other day. Took off 13.5# was all. Think I did 2 that day then my one later on the unassisted. I wondered why I see people kicking their legs. Tried it and was able to get the 2nd unassisted, Wednesday I think it was. (3rd I failed about halfway up). I slowly lower myself after each one even if I don’t make it all the way just as you all suggested. Can still only do one actual chin-up (fingers facing me) and can’t even do one full wide grip pull-up yet. Thanks for the advice (past present and future) to both you and D 😉. Insert heart eye emoji here for advice (because I love the advice so much; not for people 😉)

I couldn’t do one at the end today :/. Should’ve started with that lol. So did 5 assisted with 33# taken off. Such a weak workout today grrr
