I had lost weight during the week, then a couple of larger calorie days blew that. ex. +1000cal +/- nuts and chocolate. i had a few days of walking that really helped then a few days of not walking. if i could just get out and walk, o r some other exercise everyday. i would be kicking butt.
124.1 kg Lost so far: 27.9 kg.    Still to go: 33.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
