ok..back on 26.5...cutting my food..chewing my food..fat free..vegan..


taking 1/2 bag of brown rice to restaurant and vegan veggies only...

foot is swelling because I am overeating..
54.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
