I hope it is fat that I am loosing. As I have not been following a keto diet. Just watching portions. Energy is low though. But 145 makes me happy. 140 in 3weeks?
65.8 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
