Ya hoo! Getting there. At this stage a whole pound feels huge. 10000 steps really made a difference. Now to face a Thanksgiving weekend at the cottage with all the good things to eat. I really have to think about this.
63.5 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
