Scale continues moving in the right direction as I transitioned back to a strict Keto lifestyle. 3 more lbs to my lowest weight and 32 more on the road to 215. 💪💪💪 I haven’t incorporated the gym again yet. My work/life balance still sucks. But I have my eating in check for sure. One step at a time.✊
