That is up almost 2 lbs since yesterday when I was 117.2. I am thinking I had "too many" carbs and am retaining some water in which case it should come off quickly if I cut carbs down again. But just in case this is part of an upward trend I want this on the record so I can adjust my eating. I am not worried about the carb water weight. It is just a natural thing that I see often on the scale.

It is sunny today and since snow is forecast next week. I will try to get out and enjoy the fall day.

Hope you enjoy your day! I am up this week too. 😕 I always record on Saturday and it is sure hard to put that number up. It is left over from a single, solitary birthday celebration. Guess it will look so good when we drop again! 😁 ❤️

You could very well be retaining water. If you had lots of sodium that would help along with the carbs. You may also need to use the bathroom. I always forget about that one.

Glad the water fluctuations do not stress you much. I see them as colon weight. Fiber and undigested sugars that soak in a lot of water, plus potential inflammation. The 100 grams of glycogen that our liver can store is a minor factor in my mind. It's a spare tank that is kept full most of the time. Snow soon. Hope you got a great day out in snow free terrain.

I hope your day was awesome and you enjoyed the autumn weather. :D We went from 90 to 60's overnight. Crazy! You'll lose this again and more!

Thanks for the encouragement every one. Weight was down about half a pound today. I appreciate what you are saying. However, I am pushing my boundaries with my food intake these days and one day I will gain weight. July, August and September I kept losing weight even as I was eating more (but not exercising more). One of these days that will end. I am watching carefully

Hi Bella, Happy Tuesday now. I gave up on daily weight recording pretty quickly LOL. Just was a bit a waste of time for me. There is not much to say day to day. I am keeping an eye on weekly and monthly averages now. This jump on the scale seems to have been due to water. Carbs went way down and lots of water was shed yesterday. Snow today!

Wow! Snow!! 78 & Sunny here. I am still weighing daily but leaving the stats on the scale app. I'm expecting a water loss tomo - had chicken bouillon last night and my rings were tight this morning.

Morning Bella Snow did not stick. Cold front still there. Minus celsius degrees today. It is funny but I can very often guess what the scale will say just by how my body feels like. And if I lose waterweight over night I also often get a leg cramp. Not great but it is what it is.

Nodding - yep. I can usually tell before stepping on the scale if it's going to be a loss or gain. #knowyourbody right?

Oh.. and .. 77 & sunny here in the heart of Texas. Lovely day. I wish I could go outside right now & trim my rose bushes. I lose motivation by the end of the day.
