Did some light weights yesterday. Came home super tired and hungry. Went overboard on carbs but reigned myselfnin at dinner (chicken curry and salad... oh there was a small piece of potatoe)
66.4 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
