well it isn't true - what happens in vegas - aka my weight gain - does not stay in vegas. :)

week's worth of work conference in vegas over --- back to it.
80.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
