I actually am down to 158, but this morning I was half dressed and it fluctuates throughout the day, nothing to worry about. I've been taking claritin for allergies and feel hungrier the last couple of days. I added an extra serving to my dinner and increased a few ounces of chicken to my dinner. I always say I'm like a bear going into hibernation with my annual increase in appetite as the days get shorter and fall starts. I'm loving the pre-cut chunks of vegetables that my grocer chops to bring in for lunch or add to a salad. They contain half a red, and green pepper, fresh mushrooms, fresh sweet peas, chopped chunky zucchini chunks and red onion for $2.99. I also found a red lentil and cranberry summer fresh salad that I could throw over salad (1/4 to 1/2 cup) in lieu of salad dressing. I had half a cup of Spelt pasta in a vegetable salad for lunch at work because I needed that serving of carbs due to hunger. I'm burning a lot more calories now than I was over the lazy summer. I'm active 9 of 9 hours on fitbit, have done my 10,000 steps by 2pm, and am still walking and moving. At physio, I'm now allowed to do rehab exercises to strengthen my ankle. I can't over do it, so I'm just doing the recommended activity/time as I want to be able to do full workouts eventually without overuse old age injuries, lol! Only a few coworkers have noticed I've lost weight over the summer. But hey, we're all so busy, who has time to really look at each other. My close friend says I've lost that doughiness, yay!
72.6 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
