I had 3 cups of steamed cauliflower and broccoli tonight and it recorded it as high calorie and fat??? I'm watching my fat and I googled fat content of cauliflower and it's low in fat. I don't know if FS is off on this one? I get frustrated when I eat fresh vegetables and only see Brand Name mutations (like frozen cheese cauliflower)! For some reason my food today was higher in fat than normal, yet I ate clean low fat cod, fresh steamed veg, ancient grain quinoa, and no fat yogurt. Has someone tampered with the site?

Do you use the ones with the check mark if you can, veggies have zero fat - only what you add to them when cooking

Thanks, I'll look out to make sure I do. I didn't know this was a thing.

oops I might be mixing up my fitness pal - it has the check marks - but veggies with nothing else wouldn't have any fat
