Stress eating all weekend and my weight goes down?

Stress is funny like that. Sometimes it’s up and sometimes down in regards to how it effects us. Hope you feel less stress soon💕

Try to get back to your routine and hopefully the weight won't 'mysteriously' go up as you expected. It can take a day or two to register the extra eating so don't count on it not going up just yet. You don't want to see a gain and be demoralized by it so give yourself a fighting chance by eating well now!

well... stress causes all sortsa bodily reactions, adrenaline up, heart rate up, breathing up.. just that is like EXERCISE... wait it is exercise...
