Week 4 Day 3) Have completely dropped precessed foods including deli meat (too high sodium) & frozen “low-calorie” meals and replaced them with fresh meat/fish and veggies. Losing each pound for me has been much harder than 10 years ago that I don’t think I will ever eat high-carb instant/junk foods again. Not worth it! Continuing the weight & cardio workouts. One more pound to go until my first goal of 110!

@SoHangry Yes, I was fooled by the calorie numbers on the packages but realized they don’t really help lose weight.
