Well finally .... I am to the point where I have 1 pound left to lose. Then I can start the toning phase and maintenance phase. Never going to let it get away on me again.
56.2 kg Lost so far: 13.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
