Finally after weeks of gaining back weight lost while in the Hospital ICU. from not being able to eat and solid foods. Then eating like a horse for a month, I am starting to lose the weight again. I really on put on 7 pounds over the last two months. But now I am back on track.
131.0 kg Lost so far: 41.8 kg.    Still to go: 131.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
