So I weighed in this am and was up a pound. No big deal, its not the end of the world, but I still spent about 40 minutes on the edge, feeling so down on myself, saying things like - I hate being fat - and then, I came to work and had a donut.🤷‍♀️

I guess I could let that derail me, or I can log it and just move on. I absolutely know that Im not perfect or I wouldnt be sitting at this weight. There are things that I absolutely need to work on though - besides my WOE.

I need to take more responsibility for my actions. Donuts dont just jump in my mouth (it would be weird if they did).
I need to stop beating myself up about things (vague for a reason - theres a lot of THINGS)
I feel pretty whiny. I basically use this as my own journal so I get out a lot of my frustrations here, but Id like to keep practicing positivity.

I think those are good goals to work on for now.

Im headed out for a weekend tournament with work this afternoon. I packed some food that doesnt need to be refrigerated, and a couple of things that do (cheese sticks & yogurt). I used to think all hotels had fridges in their rooms until I started traveling with work. Now Im always paranoid that they dont. Anyway, I spent some time last night weighing portions of almonds and a dried fruit/nut mix so I didnt go overboard. I have some tuna kits, snap peas, apples, crackers, applesauce, and Muscle Milks to keep me on track this weekend.
115.0 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 32.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
