I think the salt in the taco meat is holding me up but that's fine. I did what I was supposed to, minus doing any extra exercise for the day. Ended up asleep for the night by 8pm. But today I feel good, have a lot planned for the day and following the plan. Dad will be here in a week. Soooo much to do.
