Don’t get excited. This is from getting sick, finally going to the bathroom and fishing out the last of the extra water I was carrying {hopefully}. 2-3# of this will come back as water which is fine.

Thanks guys! Feel great actually. The McDonald’s and pop helped. I am a little weak but that’s lack of ‘good’ food more than anything I think.
