I saw my sis for the first time in 2 wks yesterday and she noticed that my pants were baggy. So that was encouraging. Mom and I enjoyed watching the game with her last night. Sis will always be the fun baby. Also, being able to spend 3 hours at Mom's without eating anything was a huge victory for me. She didn't have any snacks and I was glad.
I cooked all the meals yesterday. Cooking is almost always Mr C's job and I clean up. Because he has such great culinary skills, Mr C has always made me feel inadequate in the kitchen, so it was good to take the initiative and have things turn out well. He doesn't mean to make me feel insecure, but he sometimes will hover and make suggestions. Of course, that's how I feel about his sloppy cleaning techniques.
The night before I again had bizarre dreams. Mr C shook me awake because I was shouting "help me!" I dreamt that an unseen force (a ghost?) was pulling me up about 10 feet in the air by my underwear. Sort of a phantom atomic wedgie. Crazy.
