Started keto yesterday. Weighed myself last night 206! Peed so much that I weighed myself this morning for kicks - 198! 8 lbs of water!?!?! That’s nuts. Anyways summer has made me lazy and large. I am always eating carbs and I just feel sooo bloated. It’s been 1 day and I already feel better this morning. Wish me luck.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
