I am having sudden carb cravings around 5/6pm just as I am prepping dinner. Tried very hard not to cave into all the snacks sitting in the pantry that are for my kids. Ended up with a handful of cashew nuts ... easily 200 calories in one go.

I stop counting when I’m craving like this. 2fistful of cashew nuts. I think would be worth 500?
