Staying under 200 is great. Just read info about the CLA 1250 supplement. Can't do it bc of risk of Type 2 diabetes and possible liver problems.

At the rate I'm going now, I should be down to 187 by Oct 14. That would be 25 lbs since July 2.
90.3 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You get plenty from dairy products and other foods. You won't notice a difference in fat loss with it anyway. Just wastes money, I've done it before.
