No weigh in today(no whoosh no weight). Tonight I'll take the "Calm" and I'll clean out before tomorrows work out. I'm bowling in the morning then to the gym...full nautilus circuit them in the weight room for arms and abs then 15 min low cardio on the tread. Today is deck and yardwork..if the rain holds out. Visiting Mom in the hospital then off to my bowling dinner..Fun, fun, fun😀 Have a healthy day 🙋
