Diddlee's Journal, 17 Aug 19

After cleaning out a 7 year old problem over the last two days, I kept asking myself if I have more tasks like this. Could not think of any, so I may be done.

Gained from quitting Nikotine, and now have a gain from dealing with an old social/economic stressor. Not a big price to pay really. Good investment.



76.4 kg Lost so far: 52.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Keilin Wow, your bright spark certainly gave me a big smile of relief. Didn't think of it as a thing to celebrate. You're right. My body is in pain from stress right now, but I'll get that sorted, and make sure to celebrate this very soon. Maybe I have a day where a glass of wine or beer is in order. Chill a little. Thank you.

The biggest-ever "socio-economic stressor" in my life was easy to ditch, once he took up with a new girlfriend!
