So much for "healthy" cake. RIP 

Congrats on quitting smoking! I find that when I form one good habit, it leads to a string of other ones. You’re on your way to good health!  

Is it safe to respond on this one? Haha 😂  

liv001 That brought on a rolling laughter here. So funny. The healthy cake took many forms. Like gluten free, sugar free, unripe banana, instead of ripe. Her belly kept growing. Her six pack disappeared. The super 'healthy' yoghurt didn't help either. She stop both and lost a pound+ the first day. Most of her meals is carnivore, but just me, it takes a little while to fully commit to it. Ghosts of 'healthy' stuff from the past pop up here and there.  

moopie321 I smoked for a year, and switched to vaping three years ago. Vaping is pretty harmless, but now I see clearly that it affects sleep quality. For that reason alone it was worth quitting. I have headaches still but they'll pass eventually. Thanks for your support. Btw, had my lungs scanned, and the doctor said it was impossible to tell that I've used tobacco in the past. That bring on a desire to keep it like that.

Great to dump the nicotine - one more addiction vanquished!
