Solid day yesterday, stayed on track. Had a good work out. Feel like Im back in the game instead of watching from the side.

NSV: Last night at bootcamp I used the 60#'er for ball slams and 70# bar for walking lunges. I felt pretty strong.
113.4 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 30.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
