Well, I lost that weight that had me over my goal by 10 ounces! up down, up down, I don't think I ever weigh the very same day after day.
My little dog was sick all night. I had to stay home from golf and take her to the vet. She threw up all night and coughed like she had a bad chest cold. I hope the vet don't have any really bad news. I am worried about her.
