So, that's an even 20 pounds down from my recent high in March. Almost 5 lbs per month. Slow but steady.
101.3 kg Lost so far: 25.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, Miraculum. We are on this journey together. I'm just glad that I know how to make it happen. It does take discipline, but the food is good and I feel better when I stick to the plan.
