This is my share for today. I am so thankful for all of you here on FS and my friend who I showed this app too last week. Her and I have been sending each other our menus for the day with pics, our progress and our support. it makes me so happy to see her following through with this and that keeps me motivated. We call each other when we have a weak moment of 🍧🍦🍨 or something like that which is not healthy for what we are trying to do.
I am 5'7, current weight is 184.4 and I have very little activity in my day. I walk my dog 3 times a day for maybe 15 minutes. By to the time I get back in, I look like a drenched rat from the heat here in Florida. I have emphysema and just walking wears me out. what I want to know is do you guys think that 1,200 calories a day will help me achieve my goal to lose weight to get down to 150? I realize once I get there I'm going to need this keep this lifestyle going. any help on this topic would really boost my morale.

Hey Clairsheart. I honestly don’t know if your calorie intake is just right or too high/low. I just plugged the info into FS and I’m going by it. It is good that you’re walking your dog as much as you are—for you and your puppy. And I’ve been a friend of Bill W.’s since 1998. Hope your day is a good one—where in Florida do you live?

I live in Temple terrace. I've been a friend of Bill W since 1997. In 2008, I'll slipped but came back got a strong sponsor and started over again. In October I will have 11 years. Thank you for checking with the app for me, I was beginning to think I was eating too much. Weigh in today was 184. Yea me!
